Loaded Oatmeal
This oatmeal is perfect for breakfast or lunch and keeps you feel and energized. I find oatmeal can be pretty bland, even when you flavor the oats with spices and such. I notice a lot of recipes add brown sugar etc, which I try not to do (I have to control my sweet tooth sometimes). These toppings mixed in makes for a sweet and refreshing flavor without the added processed sugars.
Recipe :
Put 1/2 cup of rolled oats (not instant) into a pot with 1 cup of almond milk. Bring to a boil then summer until it forms a creamy consistency. Dash some cinnamon in.
Place oatmeal into a bowl and top with 1 Banana, small handful frozen Blueberries, small bunch of raisins, 2 dates, and almond butter. Drizzle honey on top of almond butter and banana. Enjoy!
